Bus Safety

Yesterday the students got to learn all about how to be safe on a bus. The students were reminded of the rules, got to see the lights, discussed evacuation procedures, and got to ask Diane lots of questions!

Instead of asking your child, "How was your day?" try some of these question prompts to get your child to open up and tell you more about what happened at school today!

What an AMAZING first day back!

We had a blast today getting to know each other! Activities included a first day feelings graph, we created an All-About Me banner and students participated in a find-a-friend game. We also had our first school celebration today where we were all welcomed back and the students even got to watch a little skit the teachers (including myself) put on!

Welcome to my blog! I'm so excited you've taken the time to check it out. Although I am new to the blogging world, my hope is to quickly get the hang of it so I can use it to it's full potential! The reason I've chosen to start a blog is because I'm looking for a way to increase parent involvement in my classroom and at school.
